Terms of Service
Last updated October 6, 2026
Service
Discovery Harbor (formerly Discovery Platform) provides website, CRM, messaging, analytics, content, and appointment scheduling and provider-integration features to authorized Discovery Marketing clients and team members, on the web and in the Harbor iPhone app. Features and availability may change as provider APIs and client plans evolve.
Authorized use
Users must provide accurate information, protect their account, use only assets they are authorized to manage, and comply with applicable law and provider terms. Users must not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, misuse customer data, or attempt to access another client’s workspace.
Client responsibilities
Clients remain responsible for their website content, advertising claims, consent choices, account billing, advertiser verification, domain ownership, and lawful handling of leads. Clients must promptly remove access for people who no longer require it.
Third-party services
Meta, Google, HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, OpenAI, Apple, Supabase, Vercel, Resend, and other providers operate under their own terms and availability. AI features that use an outside provider run only after the user allows AI services, as described in the Privacy Policy. A provider may revoke access or change its API. Discovery Harbor cannot guarantee a third-party service will approve an account, campaign, domain, or application.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted to protect customers or the platform, respond to misuse, satisfy legal requirements, or address overdue service obligations. Provider integrations can be disconnected from Settings, and account offboarding should include credential revocation and data-retention review. Any user can delete their own login in Settings → Delete account.
