Data Deletion
Last updated October 6, 2026
Delete your login
Anyone with a Discovery Harbor login can delete it on the web or in the Harbor iPhone app: open Settings → Delete account and type DELETE to confirm. The Privacy Policy explains what is deleted and what stays with the business.
Disconnect Meta immediately
An authorized client owner can open Discovery Harbor, go to Settings, find Meta Ads, and select Disconnect. This revokes the app authorization where Meta permits it, removes the tenant’s stored credential, clears the selected Pixel from website configuration, and prevents future API calls.
Request deletion
Submit a deletion request through the contact channel at discoverymarketing.io. Include the email address used for Discovery Harbor and the client business or website involved. Do not send passwords, access tokens, two-factor codes, or advertising account credentials.
Meta callback requests
When Meta sends a valid signed deletion callback, Discovery Harbor automatically locates connections associated with that Meta authorization, removes their external credentials and connection records, and returns a confirmation code with a status URL. Invalid or tampered callbacks are rejected.
What remains
Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Audit records contain safe operational metadata rather than access tokens or raw advertising event payloads.
